masterwork of the past

Object that is undergoing a reconstruction is a originally a winery house over 300 years old, built by Free Masons Lodge that time based in town Lučenec of Novohrad area, close to the geographical centre of Europe, central southern Slovakia.

personal experiences on a very fundamental basis forming our values

• desperate need for spirituality, non-materialistic, social & cultural activities in the area with great history, but at the moment high unemployment, disappearing middle class and therefore growing negative interpersonal relations enviroment
• nowadays spreadly forgotten important balance between body & soul
• transformation power of especially music, arts & sports
• ecology & self-sustainibility, multi-cultural, respectful & healthy way of life for all

future target

We would love to see our society raising back on it's feet morally, solving today’s biggest worldwide problems in peace, using greatest progress in technology ever to fullfill all human needs.  Society, that decides to stay open-minded in these difficult times, capable of surviving in happiness and harmony for Ages. Idea is to combine all of available natural resources with respect to project`s main values. Sustainibility is a must for survival of humanity and as we believe in whole-life education, we would like to be constantly gaining and sharing experiences in this field, simply for common good :) most of the building`s premises are designed to be public-open and one of our big wishes is also to organize conferences, lectures and workshops on a regular basis

the underground

• all-year use of geothermal energy in combination of air recuperation and automated low voltage ventilation system
• stack effect supporting heating in the wintertime and fully cooling during hot days 
• cellar #4 with it’s conditions ideal for oyster (link) mushroom plant with production capability in full operation averaging 3t of pure mushroom per 3 months life cycle 
• with 4 wells onsite with richness of 10cubic m/24hours, tanks for catching, recycling rain water

• insulating building from top and utilizing thermal mass along the south wall

• all-year flowering in outter portable greenhouses (heated by cellars via ventilation shafts mouthed above ground level of the garden)

• dry-processing of locally grown fruits & herbs seasonally purely by nrgy of the Sun (cca 15% of production)
